I help women build businesses that actually fit their lives.
I'm Jenn Hudder. I'm a life and business recalibration coach - which is a fancy way of saying I help women figure out how to build something sustainable, on their own terms, without burning themselves out in the process.
If you've landed here, you're probably not looking for a cheerleader or someone to hand you a formula. You're looking for a thinking partner. Someone who will ask the right questions, push back when it's useful, and help you trust yourself to make the call.
That's what I do.
Years ago, I ran a brand and marketing agency here in Hamilton. I was pretty good at it. I grew it. I pushed hard - the way you do when you're ambitious and believe that's what success requires.
And then I burned out. Not the "I need a vacation" kind. The kind where you question everything you built and why you built it. The kind that makes you step back and ask: "What am I actually doing this for?"
That season broke something open. It forced me to look at all the ways I'd been building my business at the expense of my life - and to rebuild from a completely different foundation.
I didn't just recover. I recalibrated. I built something new here in Hamilton - a coaching practice that gives back instead of just taking. One with room for the rest of my life, not just the scraps left over after work. Now I work virtually with women across Canada who are building businesses on their own terms.

Your business and your life aren't separate. I coach like they're connected - because they are.
That experience is why I coach the way I do. It's not theoretical for me. I'm building alongside you - navigating the same tension between ambition and sustainability, doing the same work of making it all fit.
Most business coaching treats your life like background noise - something to optimize around so you can scale faster or hustle harder. I don't work that way.
I believe you can't build a sustainable business without paying attention to the life it sits inside. The capacity you actually have. The season you're in. The version of success that matters to you - not the one that looks good on paper.
That means we work on both. The business strategy and the life design. The pricing decisions and the boundaries. The growth plan and the question of whether that growth is actually what you want right now.
I work with women who are building on their own terms.
Most of my clients own businesses - but not all of them. Some are navigating a professional crossroads, a career that's stopped fitting, or a season that's asking something different of them.
The through-line isn't what they do. It's how they want to do it - reflectively, purposefully, and on terms that actually work for their lives.
I'm not for everyone. But, if this sounds like you, we should talk.
I'm a certified business coach. But honestly? What qualifies me most is the work I've done - on my own business, and alongside the women I've coached through theirs.
